<LoL!> If you're Pinkie Pie the answer is a resounding "YES!". I could see Twilight rolling her eyes as she would come upon this sight and be like, "What are you doing now, Pinkie?"

Twilight wants to question how it is all possible until Applejack nudges her and says, "There ain't no explainin' her as much as just supportin' her, twi.".
"What's with the diapers?" Rarity would ask. "I know Pinkie Pie can act foalish at times but, well, I would not be caught dead in one of those... those... things!"

Pinkie reaches 'full capacity' and erratically flies about Ponyville. The diapers leaking candy and streamers as she zips erratically about with cheer in her voice.

"Huh...?" ponders Spike as a chocolate candy falls onto his head and is plucked from the ground. "Is it okay I have some candy, twi?"
Twilight is still trying to understand what Pinkie had done, was doing, and what made her do it.
"Best to let him have it, sugar cube," stated AJ. "He did eat those 'Baked Bads' back during our first Applebuck Season together."
*Spike chews the chocolate*
"Those were good," he replies. "You should make those again sometime. Or, perhaps, give me the recipe?"

Huh, I'm used to pink tanks (especially with a collar around the valve like that) being disposable helium tanks...
Then again, I've also seen empty refrigerant tanks of similar construction being repurposed as compressed air tanks by changing the fittings on them, so I could see Pinkie repurposing an empty disposable helium tank that same way, I suppose.
