"I'm still not exactly sure what mom really is. She'd tell me bedtime stories of her true form, which was some kind of black sludge slug, demon thing that gelatinized out of a cursed tree from Japan. She would crawl into unsuspecting sexy women's mouths while they were sleeping and fuse with their bodies while taking over their brains. She took the human name, "Yumiko" because she told me that it was the name of the first human host she ever assimilated back in Feudal Japan. She needs to do this once every 100 years to keep her body fresh and young. Despite killing many hosts and having no morality for mankind, mom was always kind and caring to me. Showing her love (or whatever emotion demons and Elder Gods conceive as love?) with lots of hugs, kisses, praise, and making my favorite dish when I was feeling down; aborted fetus soup. Mom was always the mediator between Dad and I. He wouldn't dare strike her because he knows if he does, she'll get mad and transform into a giant spider snake monster. I've only seen her do it once and holy shit do I wish I hadn't. Love ya, Mom. Which is more than I can say for dad, that's for sure."
