This is a picture of Mackenzie Thompson Jones Conroy, adopted daughter of Dr. Ishmael Conroy (seen here: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/36528788/ ).
She was adopted and raised by Dr. Conroy, and is his greatest treasure, and is one of the few people that, no matter what happens out when he's collecting artifacts, will always make him smile when he sees her, and he'll protect her with everything he can, even his life.
