Well it was digital, but I'm not sure it was painting. This was the final assignment for digital painting, at no point did we really learn any other style than dragging vector shapes into Photoshop and then painting those. I do not recommend Patrick Wilkey, nor does anyone else who's had him.
It's nice to know how to do plastic, now I need to teach myself how to paint.
Assignment was create an animate, expressive, realistically shaded toy.
Oh and blue. Blue is always good. Glowing blue robot killing thing.
