His overall personality is defined by being straight Evil, unlike most other Torians who are anti-heroes or at least villains with noble ideals, Radifox is simply evil. However he does know how to play his cards right, he has a reputation for surrendering when his only way out is a nuclear strike. In return the heroes refrain from killing him.
