Tarvish is feared among the general populace as a heartless and ferocious Sovereign. His uncompromising nature and fanatical focus on his goal guarantees that he will get the job done. But that can usually come with a wake of destruction in his path.

Among his fellow Sovereign, Tarvish ranks as the Empress' punisher. He has carte blanche to enter the territory of his brothers and sisters, hunt down, and slay those who have broken the Empress' law. While he is uncompromising in his duty, he also has a reputation for steadfast dedication, as well as offering an hones and blunt opinion on matter.

His sword; called Empress' Claw, was gifted to him by the Empress and is infused with an infinitesimal amount of her power.
