Electra Sweiss, another of the kiddos. Originally she was little weaker than average, but ended up in a pool of EMP or something and got lucky, sort of, with the mutation she gained, generally boosting her overall SPECIALs, but at the cost of some fine motor skills. She's taller than her other siblings now though, and can lift quite a bit.
