It was a drawing for a contest on DA but I don't think it has been held, long time that there's no news about it from the person who organized it.
The first version of this chara wasn’t convincing me at all (but I realized it rather lately). So I've made a new fast drawing with the other design. Somehow it allowed me to test some new techniques to colour, etc… XD It isn’t that bad, it more looks like a sketch but the result is good all the same.
I would like to give this chara a boyfriend, I'm sure their story would be crazy with treasure hunting, etc... XD lol
Here’s the biography:
Name: Vicky
Nickname: Gipsy girl, tomboy
Age: 19 years old
Gender: Female
Species: Wolf/dog
Current status: Single woman (then if one of your charas wants to have his chance he can XD)
World: Oceans and seas! >:3 Islands too.
Family: Her mother who’s also a pirate, and her father who’s desperately trying to be an honest merchant but same his own daughter sometimes asks him help for some pirate works XD
Personality: A real tomboy, what she likes the most is fights and discoveries around the whole world. She’s always looking for adventures and action. She also enjoys traveling with all her pirate comrades, but same if they can be dreadful for other persons, when you know them better they’re very kind and friendly with you. Yoho! *Gives you a big friendly blow on the back that push you against the wall XD*
Likes: Travels, treasures, big parties, fights, alcohol, to steal money to the ridiculous little nobles, hard situations (because it’s even more interesting)
Dislike: Failures, other pirates trying to annoy her, octopus and squids (too hard to eat, it taste like rubber lol)
Capacities: Very strong for a girl, she can easily take rid of a bigger adversary than her, and she also is usually the winner in battle in taverns.
In another domain... Vicky can read your future in cards. ^^
Weapons: Traditional pirate weapons (guns, sword, etc… )
Powers: Her necklace is magical. Each pendant it has can be transformed into a weapon or an object. There are so many of them that she still doesn’t know all the capacities of it. In more, sometimes during her travels, she can find new components of this necklace and add them to it. (We don’t see it on the pic, but each pendant has a particular form.)
History: Vicky always has been in contact with her mother when she was a kid. Her parents had a love story but had been separated when the mother still was pregnant.
The young girl thus received a pirate education and grew up in the big ship of her captain mother. This was a very happy childhood and Vicky always was playing with all the other guys on this place (they are like brothers for her), she hadn’t real limits and was accustomed to live among more males than females. This must have been the origin of her tomboy side.
One day, when she finally was old enough, her mother offered her the chance to have her first collision with another ship, a merchant one. Vicky accepted with pleasure but she didn’t know that in fact this ship was the one of her own father. XD Indeed it was a weird way to do but the mother wanted Vicky to meet him. The merchant noticed at once who was this young girl and after a little battle she got the revelation. Vicky was a bit under shock but not angry at all and finally was happy to see who her father was.
After a small party to celebrate the reunion, the man gave a birthday gift to his daughter. A ship only for her and for the comrades she would like for a team. When she entered inside it and her future room, Vicky found a box. Inside it there was a necklace but which seemed incomplete and a letter. This one was saying that to be a true pirate, she had to travel and find all the pieces missing on the necklace.
The girl wondered a little on this strange quest but as she was waiting only for adventures she didn't mind it. Later she discovered the strange powers that this necklace has.
Since this time a ship, full of strange and strong guys travelling with a tomboy girl, navigates on the oceans and seas. XD Be careful~
