Recientemente he visto mucha actvidad en mi FA y he decidido volver un poco, ya que despues de todo el tiempo que llevo esto inactivo si que tengo cosas nuevas a poner. El mes pasado decidí hacer una tarta por que venia mi familia a comer a mi casa pero no queria hacer la tipica que ya se hacer asi que pensé en como podria hacer una que fuese creación mia, tras pensarlo varios dias sali con esta receta y chugo me sugirió grabarlo en video. Ingredientes:
- 1 base de bizcocho
-120 gr. de azucar
- sirope
- 500 gr. de queso mascarpone.
- 500 ml. de nata montada.
- almendra granillo
- fideos de chocolate
Elaboración:
Corta la base de bizcocho en laminas no muy gruesas y dejalas a un lado. En un bol pon el queso mascarpone, el azucar y el sirope de fresa y lo bates hasta que quede homogeneo. Una vez acabado añade la nata y montalo hasta que tenga una consistencia muy espesa. Para facilitar que la nata monte recomiendo ponerla en el congelador entre 15 y 20 minutos. Una vez espeso ponemos el resultado en una manga pastelera y comenzamos a montar el pastel. En un plato ponemosla base de la tarta y extendemos un poco del relleno por dentro, repetimos el proceso con todas las capas que tengamos hasta tapar. Una vez tengas el interior relleno aplasta ligeramente el pastel para que no queden espacios sin relleno dentro. Ahora, con la ayuda de una espatula, cubre el pastel con la misma mezcla y alisalo. Decoralo con almendra granillo y con la manga pastelera decoralo a tu gusto, yo hice rosas pero las posibilidades son infinitas. Finalmente espolvoreamos los fideos de chocolate y listo.

Once finished add the cream and whip it until it has a very thick consistency. To make the cream easier to whip, I recommend putting it in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes. Once thick we put the result in a pastry bag and we begin to assemble the cake. In a plate we put the base of the cake and spread a little of the filling inside, we repeat the process with all the layers that we have until covered.
