Aircraft, Shaghali North, "عقاب", Fifth Generation Fight
This aircraft (dubbed in Shaghali as the Eagle, as unoriginal as that sounds. Ethnic Shaghali side-striped Jackals go by this name as well, and do indeed inhabit the region. Working title.) is a new development from North, and the catalyst for the 835 breakaway of the Shaghali Northern Air Arm from the mutually-lead Shaghali Air Service. Though in testing pattern it flew under this service, it is nonetheless a Northern aircraft only.
It is 5th generation due to a light cross-section, AESA array, and ISIS Metalworks chemically treated paint, displayed here in a fractal pattern.
The above variant of this aircraft is designed for STOL and theater strike support, and capable of carrying a variety of weapons in its internal storage bays, located in both the engine nacelles and undercarriage of the aircraft. STOL is achieved via both the 3 dimensional vectored nozzles on the rear of the suspiciously indiginously crafted engines (The Shaghali Air Service is known for its purchase of Callentine's Emuré III and IV series aircraft, and was until now thought unlikely to produce high performance fighter craft in country. The Northern state-run research bureau made care to not let information of this craft fall into Erenmorian hands, so security was indeed high. It is suspected that reverse engineering and a breakthrough in heat resistant composites are involved with this aircraft, and ISIS cooperation on the project leaves the ISIS Metalworks suspect in the matter. CEO Rillin Orion of ISIS Global has declined comment on the extent of the Metalworks branch's involvement, as of late 834.) and via its odd vectoring wings, based on a pivot constructed of an as-yet unrevealed composite material, purchased at price from ISIS Metalworks. The pivot can turn the wings independently up to 30 degrees, and locks at speeds in excess of takeoff velocities. The aircraft is capable of a 'Mach 2 supercruise' as claimed by its developers, and is capable of afterburning in speeds claimed to be in excess of 2.6 times the speed of sound, which would require an engines capable of more than 1.8kn of thrust on this particular airframe. Combined with its low profile and internal payload capacity of roughly 3200kg, this aircraft is the North's flagship military tool. Due to the public unveiling of this machine, as well as the announcement of wish to sell units of it to interested governments, protests were held in the Northern region's capital city of Tower of Grass. The protesters wanted answers from the provincial sub-capital's Northern Governor as to both why regional funds were spent on such an obviously pricey piece of technology and why the sale of it was announced without Consulate consent. His response was direct, and the crowd dissipated over a two-and-a-half hour period, some lost and some looking to the future. (This speech WILL BE WRITTEN, and posted to Shaghal's portion of the ES forums. I will also define this character there.)
The strike variant, the type which the prototype above represents, is capable of carrying externally mounted weapons hardpoints, though at loss of stealth capabilities. Full-scale production of this aircraft and its variants are on schedule for the middle of 835, as the aircraft finished its final flight tests in late 829.
EDIT: Digital camo is a pain, and the marque tool is amazing, and I spent a lot of time on the lines (NO FLIPPING, otherwise it'd be #*%@ing symmetrical like its supposed to be, and who wants that? >:I), and I am tired. WOOSH. That is all.
And because it wasn't mentioned prior, it houses a 30mm cannon. This aircraft was greatly inspired by Russia's newly unveiled PAK-FA as well as the Raptor, as seen prior by the front end of the fuselage and in the rear for the latter. Copyrights where needed and all that. Otherwise, mine, or :
All names and information are trademark of ISIS DFC, ISIS Metalworks, ISIS Global, and their subsidiaries.

Representation of the kooky independently vectoring wings for STOL, as described somewhere in that block've text... I was in ramble mode xD
They can move 30 degrees, and only do so at low speeds. No wing-shattering high speed maneuvers here; disregard the manual overrides, pilots! >..> <..< >..>
