So, here she is, all ironed up! Took me about 2 hours. It isn't my best ironing job, but it's not my worst either.
This is the Mana Beast from Secret of Mana, with her wings flared. This was a lot of fun to make up..she's extremely colorful and very vibrant. Used nearly every color in my palette.
5,204 beads, although about 32 or so did not fuse. The light purple and the chocolate brown colors gave me the most trouble. It was a shame.

The way it works with larger sprites like this is that I prefer to not move the sprite as much as possible. This is indeed a flipped version of the sprite, but only because this is the better half of the sprite. The other side looks alright, but this is just the one that wound up getting photographers.
I flipped the sprite because I iron both sides of every sprite I do. This makes the sprite -much- more stable, which was definitely necessary in this case. You just move it very carefully and as quickly as you can.

Ooh, I just read the wording on my post and realized it's totally making it seem that way.
The -ironing- of the sprite took 2 hours. The sprite itself took me quite a few hours a day over the course of a week. I think the reason I phrased it that way is because I posted in my scraps a pic of the unbeaded sprite. Ah well. Thanks for the comment!

Nah, she's hanging happily on my wall at this point.
As far as doing a trade..I dunno if I'd go that route with these kinda pieces. I love traditional art, by all means, but it's just not something I can put to practical use currently. (Basically, can't display anything of that nature with parentals around, they'd flip shit)
Happy to do so for smaller pieces, but this one (I'd re-make it, this one is not in saleable shape) I'd probably go with a monetary payment.
