the art itself was done in pieces in SAI and the, uh basically skeleton i guess? was done with live2d cubism. i imported what i made in live2d into facerig and am able to fake a webcam with that :D
if you have an actual webcam, you can rig the whole thing to follow your movements. i do not have one though, so i just have her mouth and eyes move when i stream
