S'funny, at the Worldcon up in Canada last year, at a room party, someone brought in stencils, stylus', shading plates, a manual typewriter, and a crank-powered mimeograph, and we ran off a fanzine the old fashion way just for the fun of it. The 'zine didn't come out half bad, either, although most of the people in the room had no experience in using the equipment except for Steve Stiles, who had drawn fanzine art back in the days when the two main inexpensive ways of printing a 'zine were mimeo stencil or ditto master. Oh man, I wonder if you could still hectograph a fanzine nowadays?
