The thing is, people are comparing her not to her actual design but to FAN ART of her from the first movie, not realizing that it's fan art and not the official design

Of course it is. that's why her uniform is different and covers more of her body. That's what they changed, her uniform, not her body

The thing about that is if her bust was still the same size and her top was just baggy or bigger, the upper part of her breasts would still push out the uniform at least a little rather than the uniform being flat to her chest. I do think her hips are largely the same but you cant tell me the new design didnt get a breast reduction, no matter how small it is. Shes gone from actually needing a bra to never really having to wear one at all. You can see the difference if you think about how cloth and physics actually work.
