I'm really having fun with these scarfs! They are made by wet felted wool and silk together. It's actually felted twice to be more precise. Once into large sheets that I cut into scales and then again to felt the scales onto the wing piece.

Noooo I think this is great! It’s just enough to keep the wind out of your coat without worrying about catching their pretty scales on anything. If you wanted to be fancy, you could call it a Quetzalcoatl or something! I think this would work as a design for an Aztec flying snake god. 11/10 colorful serpentine dragon creature keeping me warm and fancy.
