So... I've always liked Cid's Theme from FF7. I would LIKE to turn this into a remix. But I hasn't the skillz. Just my voice. And lyric writing ability. Which I am putting here because certain people need this shit to be happy. Plus is like a love song and I love that garbage.
A bit of reverb and EQ adjustment in three tracks, to keep timing and for the very simple harmonies in there. Otherwise it's just mah voice >:OS Dontchall hate now XOP

As for the lyrics, I think people have got Cid all wrong. Sure, on the outside he's crass and callous and drops @#(%&@#% every other word, but I think there's more to him and Shera than anyone wants to let on. That was the inspiration for this.
Just imagine that he's sitting in the Northern Crater after beating Sephiroth, waiting to die essentially and thinking back on what he said to Shera whenever the group parted ways before rejoining to stop Meteor, and what he'd like to say now.
As for the lyrics, I think people have got Cid all wrong. Sure, on the outside he's crass and callous and drops @#(%&@#% every other word, but I think there's more to him and Shera than anyone wants to let on. That was the inspiration for this.

Singing ability, beyond a natural tone-deafness or tone-awareness, is really all a matter of training. From vowel shape to breath support, it can all be trained just as long as you can carry a tune. It just takes practice and the courage to let your voice come out hwere it sounds big and full.
Well, that scene with Cid in the game if you went up in the rocket and got the big materia was rather revealing to me. The interaction between him and Shera there was quite telling beyond all the other evidence.
