You just need to get a mobile phone vr headset (they can be super cheap. I found mine at goodwill for $1. Or you can order a google cardbox headset for cheap)
You will need to download an app called VRTV Free. It’s a little clunky but it works pretty good. Just find the file, make sure it’s “Pano 360” and “3D TB”. Checkbox both VR Player and Stereo Mode. If the video is laggy, go into settings > general > under video player > uncheck Frameskip. Should fix it.

Hm, for some reason there is no difference between left and right views. In other words, it is not stereoscopic. It is like 2D 360 panorama, not 3D 360 panorama. Is it error or it should actually be 2D 360?
Also, some dinosaurs suddenly appear for several seconds, lol: https://ibb.co/28CYk4P https://ibb.co/DGYYYtS :)))
But overall it is nice.

Ah, okay. At the moment, the right view is superfluous, and it is only wasting the part of the video bitrate.
As for the sound, maybe this helps: https://creator.oculus.com/learn/spatial-audio/ https://facebook360.fb.com/spatial-workstation/
Although I don't have a VR headset (yet), I watch 3D VR videos on PC using Nvidia 3D Vision monitor and free player called "sView".
