Biography -
Whom I was in my youth doesn’t matter in the slightest, so let’s just say I’ve been soaring under the public radar since I was old enough to solder wires together. The early days of my life were spent hijacking tech and reprogramming it for wealthy and corrupt businessmen. I tried to hotwire a CEO’s prized mode of transportation and I racked up a substantial debt in damaging it. I worked for him for some time, but my methods of prying open service panels were very destructive and obvious.
I didn’t seek out Janette for her skills. I had dashed into her father’s shop to escape a patrolling officer when I found her tinkering with an old clock. The kitty looked bored at the desk, so I swindled her away to a life of crime. There’s so much that I regret these days… If I never met Jade, she’d probably still be at her desk and living a very normal life.
Why did you join the Order? -
I felt it was the right thing to do, after the last gig Jade and I pulled. We were supposed to break a warehouse, containing loads of dangerous, stolen tech. Instead of delivering the goods as instructed, Jade and I were going to return the items and bank the payment. The official records claim that we were careless, a pair of drunk idiots that detonated their own base. Neither of us tampered with the tech once we stole it because we were too busy… Never mind… The… last that I remember is the ringing in my ears… as I dug through the rubble for her body… The Order saved her, but she lost a lot that day because she was involved with me. I want to do the right thing and prove that I can be a good person… All I needed was a chance to make that happen.
