Thanks for the feedback, folks! Please know that it's all appreciated. It seems the character divides down the lines of those who like their girls girly and those who like their furs furry - which is fine with me :) I think I'll be referring that kind of stuff in her particular narrative and experience.
The "meow" that cats make is "miau" in German. The name "Miah" is similar and happily is also both a boy's and girl's name.
I can't wait to do her facial expressions. There is a lot of potential for close-ups with all the lines and creases :D

Oh man its so awesome you went with the sphynx! I'm a big fan...but I am a bit biased haha. I hadn't seen the other post for feedback until you put up this one, but I wanted to let you know, that you can kinda play around with hair in certain areas if you wanted to! Our sphynx Luke, is considered "pet quality" so he's actually got a really fuzzy tail, ears and nose bridge, and even his toes get hairy! Anywhere he gets the coldest. So you could still give her the puff tail when she plays if you wanted to!
