Good question!!I think that he did forget in his haste to try out the the formula that he made!!Well I guess until they figure it out!! There is no known antidote!!I think that he planned on being like this permanently so that he doesn't have to worry about making big boy or grown up decisions for a while!!Just until he is re-educated all over again!!
