And now for something completely different again. Yes, we again see a picture of my character Maunzi Heißkatzi and her son Frost, here at nine years old. This picture is an illustration to a very emotional scene I had written with my mate, where Maunzi meets her son Frost for the first time since she'd given him up for adoption right after his birth.

Shortly after the scene you pictured here, where Maunzi, by means of the photograph Frost was carrying with him, realizes the kitten before her is her son, this happens:

Maunzi shuddered and huddled over the kitten in her lap. Her face was soaked... rain mixing with the tears rolling from her eyes. Her ears flicked and wilted again, the goldenbrown cat breaking down in sobs herself at the soft whimpered mewl the kitten let out. It cut right through her heart, releasing every single memory of that black day, when she had to let him go... She huddled even more over the kitten in her lap, pressing him tightly against herself as she sat on the soaked pavement, rocking back and forth slowly while the rain beat down upon them.
"Ssssshhh... mommy is here..." she choked softly between her own sobs.
