That was a film with a startling amount of big-shots doing voice work for it.
Although I now view it with a more critical eye than my younger self did, it also introduced or set up the intro for so many things now part and parcel of basic Transformers lore. (Not used nearly enough are the Junkions... who have a lot to offer both as plot-movers and comedic elements.)

Hasbro managed to make a series cross-promotional joke in one episode Junkions later appeared in. As Wreck-Gar charges into battle he yells "Yo, Joe!"
