The story of a runt who grows into a position no one gave him after feeling small for many months. But the story doesn't end quite so simply, no, it's a nice lengthy read.

Almost garunteed to never become a comic, but likely be written/rewritten into a story instead. Still, a comic cover attempt really sounded good.
