Yo genuinely though, as someone who has adored the Souls games since I first played Dark Souls, this piece is amazing looking. You really took the time to nail down the design of the Elite Knight set and taking the original cover art and just stuffing this here lovely vixen into it. I can't stop staring at it.
It doesn't respect the player's time. It has so many sections that are a slow, arduous grind to go through, often times requiring some form of ranged attack. The strongest one I can remember was the top of one of the DLC areas, where there are three archers posted around the corners of a pit, and they shoot so fast between them you're almost required to stop behind a building, equip a bow and slowly shoot one or two of them down so you can handle the rest. The run up to King Vendrick was also a fucking obnoxious grind, since you pretty much HAVE to kill everything in the room to not get killed on the way through, because of that fucking bell horseshit.
And then there's the crown example of wasting the player's time, the run up to the final boss. Which takes three minutes from the bonfire. I know this because I fucking timed it. Spawn at bonfire, walk down stairs, kill two enemies, equip the ring that opens the door, wait for the door to open, equip your actual ring again, run down a winding path with no enemies or challenges other than risking falling off, just to get to the boss door. It's great for the first approach, but if you slip up and die, the subsequent runs are genuinely aggravating.
But what made me STOP playing DS2 was the DLC with the giant chains you can go across, to get to a little tower out in the sky, whereupon an NPC spawns that can very easily stunlock you to death, so that took me like 8 tries before I got into the rythm of him, and then at half health the motherfucker runs away down the stairs and heals himself up, while you now have to chase after him into a tower that does constant damage due to the curse item at the bottom, and has archers posted on a platform in the middle so you HAVE to jump to it to kill them, making it very easy to fall to your death or get shot in the face on your way over and falling to your death, or getting over and having them pull out a knife and fucking shank your ass, etc etc etc etc, and then when you finally make it to the bottom to re-engage the cunt he's at full health and there are three more fucking archers, and after about 20 minutes of this I just got so mad I alt-F4'd and uninstalled the game.
Then there's other niggling things like the i-frames of dodging being tied to an actual stat, which is fucking insanity in a game that REQUIRES you to use dodge or parry to avoid damage, and Scholar of the First Sin edition added a bunch of random ass fucking troggs in random fucking locations for no good fucking reason.. There was just a lot of stuff that boiled down to "This is fucking bullshit", and not in the "but I'm gonna overcome it" kind of way.

DS2 is and remains the worst of them. I don't know what people smoke to think otherwise. You can still like it, but it's not good.
It took the idea of 'dark souls is a hard game' and went 'lol make it hard on purpose for the sake of being hard' instead of just being a good game that's hard.
And it did this by just.. throwing multiple enemies at you, cheap enemy positioning, and their fucking lock-on swivel-in-place bullshit to hit you if you dared move out of the way early.
What made me stop is when they tried to fix their shitty game then try to charge me a second time and buy it again as Scholar of the First Sin. Fuck off.
i 100%'d that game almost in spite, so i'd never have to touch it again.
... can't wait for Elden Ring.

That looks like the Elite Knight armor from DS1-DS3, maybe there will be a matching set in Elden Ring who knows lol.. that also looks like a Black Knight weapon in her hands. But who knows. Elden Ring isn't out yet, hell I highly expect them to put another Moonlight Greatsword in Elden ring somewhere lol.
