WOOOHOO!! Alright I'm very VERY excited to finally unveil to you the product of a long stream of writing efforts, brainstorming, and some delightful commissioned artwork from one of my favorite artist.

So, a bit of context for this one. For quite a long time, several months now, I've been kinda building up a cast of characters in a loose pokemon fanon. If you follow  Toon_Draw , you might have seen some of these works a while back. I got a few commissions of my trio of pokemon characters and their adventures, but this is the first time I've ever put them in a writing. I've admittedly been quite behind on that...

Today though, I bring you an great story that not only features a proper sort of introduction and depiction of the characters, but also some of the absolutely fantastic art Toon was kind enough to draw for me.

I will caution though. This is a very new and somewhat experimental style of writing for me. I tried to put a lot more effort in worldbuilding, character design, and the calm slice o' life, which means that tickling and my usual brand of shenanigans took a bit of a backseat at times. Though there are still some pretty action packed scenes, there is a lot of other stuff too, so I wanted to just give a heads up on that, as well as a request that you might give them a shot, maybe leaving some comments on how you feel about the quality of it all. Do you like these characters? This setting? This style?

I really want to build on these characters more, and devise some more interesting situations for all of them. Maybe even build up a cast to pave the way to more poke-centric stuff.

An absolutely massive thanks to  Toon_Draw for not only the art provided wihtin, but also a lot of the general ideas surrounding this world design. The festival designs and much of the theme of this story come from his creation, so don't forget to check out his awesome gallery
