A couple months ago, Rei wasn't exactly in the best of moods.
Max and Canas decides to team up to "cheer him up."
Rei, trusting Max so much, didn't suspect the red dog getting behind him and pulling a Full Nelson on him to keep Rei from escaping with Canas tickling that big fluffy belly hidden under that shirt.
Rei is laughing his ass off and has no means of getting away.
The canines are hoping their shenanigans are enough to take his mind off the doom and gloom Rei was under.
I'm pretty sure he's focused on escaping and plotting his revenge while laughing his ass off.
