I personally feel it's more so that, despite it being labelled as "Narcissism" on Roxy's bio over on the FNAF Wiki, there is the one spot in game where players can hear evidence to the contrary, that she instead has severe self-esteem problems. In my own opinion, it is this segment of audio that helped Roxy's popularity as a character explode, because it provided something that many of us are able relate to, and by extension gave her personality a lot more human levels of depth then Monty's or Glam Chica's.
