About a month ago at the Arlington Furmeet, I had a fur challenge me to draw a penguin fur in my minimalist style. (Yes, I was using my laptop at a park... again.) Not my best work, but s/he turned out rather cute. If any penguin furs (avians?) out there want to claim this, I'll do my best to modify the sketch to match your 'sona. Until then, this is just your average anthropomorphic penguin.
