Dragons and griffins helping out!
Why, imagine the unusual architecture you could have by building medieval-style buildings, yet unlike in our Middle Ages, you have giants helping with the building. That could enable some interesting designs.
I also have to think that some buildings would be designed from stability under heavy loads, to not immediately buckle if a giant accidentally leaned on it, but I'm not sure if that would be really possible with conventional materials.
