I already uploaded this piece a couple of days ago on my Twitter as part of my birthday art tweet. :') However, I never posted it properly, so here we go. This is a scratch board piece I did earlier this year. And what would be more befitting of a goddess than a golden scratch board. Due to the very reflective surface of the golden parts, taking pictures is anything but easy. However, the very talented Kovu agreed to help me out and did a stunning job at taking a proper picture of her (Thank you again!). :)

Dankeschön! Ich hatte bei den Metallfolien die Wahl zwischen Gold, Silber und Kupfer. Augrund des Motivs habe ich mich dann natürlich für Gold entschieden. :)
Das Foto von Kovu ist echt der Hammer! Ich habe selten so ein scharfes und gutes Bild von meinen Scratchboards. (Obwohl mir ein anderer Fotograf manchmal auch aushilft und auch gute Arbeit macht, wie ich wohl erwähnen sollte.)
Und ja, das ging dieses Jahr auf der MMC weg, tut mir Leid. ^^;

Thank you so much! :) And yes, it's pretty challenging and requires some planning. :) You can certainly _try_ to undo mistakes with a sharpie although I wouldn't recommend it. Unless you're using the blackest paint in the world, there are a lot of shades of black and a lot of ways light can bounce off different surfaces and media. Also, pen ink doesn't stick well to foil surfaces. ^^;
