well it's mostly your shadows. colors are fine but the shadows are off... for example, the head and arms arent casting shadows on either the teddy or the shirt/nightgown, and the teddy's arm would be casting a shadow on itself a bit too.
and as a side note, though it's not really necessary, since your highlights are so bright, a lot of the shadows would have naturally sharp/defined edges.
it's about the only critique i have really, i've seen it across several pieces in your gallery. you just gotta pic a light direction, then make sure things are casting shadows, and that'll give a bit extra depth to the pic.
atm to me it appears that the shirt isnt part of the character at all cause my mind expects the head and arms to shadow parts of it and stuff. so when i look at it the way it is now, it actually hurts my eyes a bit cause my mind has to force myself to ignore that fact.
