In a dual narrative between Oren and the One-Eyed Wolf, the story delves into the past and provides insight into the wolf pack, as well as Oren’s motivations for starting the Hollow. <3 the woofies, hoping they both live but I suspect at least one will die. ;( Amusing that the gravity of prey forming packs went right over their heads though.

I don't know how to feel about, by one side it's sad that the wolves are near to starvation, this discovery bring them hope to survive; but that means that the other characters are in danger, specially hemlock (OMG, she is back)and the other animals that let out the hollow.

Well Swift and Ramble might have found "greener pastures" for their pack (even if they do not realize the new dangers attempting to hunt there), but I do not think they have that much pack left to even hunt for when they return. After all her dad seems to have ordered a purge of the weak and frail to keep the pack well nurished when they ran noff to check the woods..
