September 4th was their birthday but I couldn't make it in time
this was supposed to be a quick sketch but I got way too ambitious and pushed too hard with too little time. which led to a big burnout. in the end I couldn't even make it for their birthday. I'm genuinely disappointed in myself. I haven't been this bad with a deadline in a long while.
