Yeah, definitely a thing that can happen with character design too. Fritz actually was an example of subconscious inspiration (or whatever you call it when you fail to realise you were inspired by something you love until somebody points it out and you see it) that I ended up embracing because it was extremely appropriate, so it isn't always bad I suppose!
