Tenebria should probably read the wiki more.
She was wandering the crimson when she found a strange red pile of bone and flesh. Nothing too out of the ordinary, she thought, as she attacked it. She's caught off-guard as the Perforator Hive spawns in. The fight starts poorly. Tenebria is completely unfamiliar with the attack pattern, and the landscape around her is far from ideal for dodging. On top of that, she has nothing but wulfrum armor, and her best weapon is a gold bow that's nearly out of arrows. Nonetheless, she gets the pattern down. Her movements get swifter, her attacks more accurate, and the fight shifts to her favor as she moves to dodge attacks before they happen.
That's where she made her mistake.
She runs under the Perforator Hive to dodge the next dash when a Perforator fell from the Hive... directly onto her head.
Tenebria is too weak to do anything as the Perforator clamps their maw down tighter, sealing her in it's grasp as they lick her deeply, each press of the strong tongue pushing her into the roof of the Perforator's mouth. The Perforator tilts their head back, letting Tenebria slide into their slimy maw further, before slamming their jaw closed again. She's pushed deep into the giant tongue, feeling it changing shape to fit her body in a tight, fleshy prison. Eventually, the Perforator finally gives Tenebria a break from the mawplay, opening their mouth and letting her see the light of day again. She scrambles to try and escape, and jumps out of the Perforator's maw. Smugly, the Perforator catches her in mid-air, clutching Tenebria by the legs. The Perforator tilts their head back more now and begins to suck Tenebria back in. Tenebria watches as the world around her is slowly consumed one final time as the Perforator's slurps pull her helpless body deep into the abyss. As the last trace of daylight fades, the wet sounds of the Perforator's slurping are replaced by deep and slow gulps. She's swallowed, slowly travelling deeper into the slimy darkness as the Perforator sighs in relief, looking at the faint shape of their prey in their stomach. The deep growls coming from the Perforator suggest that it'll be a while before anyone sees Tenebria again...
You managed to come over after hearing Tenebria call for help when the fight started. The smug, slightly bloated giant worm tell you all you need to know. The Perforator begins to slowly approach their new prey. You can now do nothing but pray what little movement you have will be enough to get away, or perhaps, you'd rather walk towards them? I'm sure they wouldn't mind a willing meal...
