nya you did a great work master. she looks really really cute and charming like that. her body and her face are so pretty and so beautiful. I also love her tail and her hair style. teehee and her pose is very lovable too. the coloring job and the shading are wonderful. you did the water very well. great drawing master! and keep it up! =3

Also just as a critic, would be nice if you had added some light reflections from the above on her and focused more on the lighting of the pic.
Instead of using grey to shade white areas, try grayish-blur or purple.
I like how Lily is here, totally adoooorable - just that she seems pasted on the background and not quite really..underwater hehehe.
