This was the person who Ruby was dressing up to impress, due to little Senko spending so much time around Rubys Kingdom/Home Senkos boss Yozora the two of them having tea together and just enjoying each others company, talking and chatting about things and sharing memories about little Senko, Yozora curious to what the little Kitsune had been up to, though little Senko couldnt help but have a peek to see what is being said about her though she might be alittle stunned by how beautiful Ruby looks!
