In Asia, cormorant birds are used for fishing. A loop is put around the bird’s neck to keep it from swallowing any fish they catch. The result is much like this.

Always troublesome when food got stuck! But sort of lucky for the meal! There is also something postive for the hungry dinosaur, he can taste his meal quite a bit longer. :P
