Subjects Z-744 and Z-745 are chosen for a standard behavioral observation of B-032-A1 to see how it interacts with other subjects.
Subjects Z-744 and Z-745 are cooperative as they have been promised freedom for their cooperation after this final observation.
The following is the transcript of the observation. For simplicity, B-032-A1 will be referred to as A1, Z-744 as 744, and Z-745 as 745.

Subjects 744 and 745 walk into the secure airlock leading to A1's chamber. Standard decontamination procedure begins.
744: "One more just...one more...and we're done for good."
745: "Famous last words."
744: "Don't say that...we can get out..."
745: "I...think it's too good to be true."
744 sighs. "Just hold it together..."
The door to A1's chamber opens. 744 and 745 look into the room, seeing A1 restrained and unmoving.
745: "Wha...what the fuck is that thing?"
Both Z subjects hesitate entering the room. They are reminded by observation personnel they must enter. Both Z subjects then enter the room.
744: "Is...is it alive?"
A1 remains unmoving and unresponsive to the presence of the Z subjects as per normal behavior when restrained.
745 looks up at the observing cameras. "So...what do you want us to do?"
Personnel does not reply.
744 and 745 are visibly uncomfortable as they stare at A1. Normal psychological effects of continued exposure to A1 absent. Personnel notices immediately.
A1 slightly turns its head in the direction of 745. Both subjects recoil, startled.
745: "Oh fuck this, you know what, just take me back to my cell, I can keep living here, I don't fucking care just get me out of here."
745 exhibits more distress than 744.
744: "Keep it cool man, just relax."
745: "What? Are you fucking blind? Look at that thing, that's not right, it's...it doesn't even have a face..."
A1's restraints are released. 744 and 745 tuck their tails in between their legs and ears go flat against their heads. They back up slowly as A1 hesitates, remaining still for a few moments despite
having been released. A1 lets its arms drop to its side as it steps out of its restraints, moving slowly and seemingly meaningfully. This behavior, along with the markings on its skull retaining
its purple color, gave immediate alarm to the observing personnel. This passive behavior had not been observed before when A1 is isolated from other variants.
745: "P-please...stop..."
744: "W-what...?"
744 walks to 745 and grabs onto his arm to pull 745 away as 745 stares at A1. A1 slowly begins to approach both subjects.
744 bars his teeth. "Stay the FUCK back!"
745 whimpers as his eyes are fixed on A1. Unusual behavior suggests he is being manipulated by A1.
744 continues to pull 745 away from A1. 745 seems incapable of moving. A1 walks to them and pushes 744 away, causing him to fall. A1 then forcibly grabs 745's throat and takes him to the ground, audibly choking from A1's force. A1 then moves its hand to its skull and pulls off its upper skull plate. A black substance forms where its skull was into a triangular shape.
A1 moves its skull plate to the face of 745 and a glowing, purple light emits from within it. 744 attempts to intervene, attacking A1 by clawing its arm, neck, and back. A1 is completely unresponsive to 744's assault.
745 ceases making noise as the skull plate rests on his face and A1 keeps its hand wrapped around his throat.
744 is visibly disturbed and backs away after his futile attempt to stop A1. 744 cowers in a corner of the room as A1 continues to hold 745 by the throat. 744 whimpers, making the only sound in the room.
Approximately 4 minutes pass in silence. It is possible to see 745's lower jaw is exposed bone. A1 slowly begins to pull his skull plate off of 745, revealing that 745's own face is now missing, having only a bare skull. The body of 745 grows at an abnormal pace, stopping only when it reaches a size identical to A1. A1 faces 745, holding its upper skull plate in its hand, and 745 looks back with empty eyes. They hold their gaze for approximately ten minutes before simultaneously turning their head to face 744.
744 moves along the wall of the room as A1 and 745 watch him.
744: "P-please let me out..."
A1 and 745 continue to watch 744. 744's body language shifted gradually over the course of approximately seven minutes, changing from tense and fearful to more relaxed. A1 reached its skull plate out to 744. 744 begins to approach A1.
744: "Okay..."
744 reaches for A1's skull plate and holds it pensively for several moments. 744 looks up at A1 and 745 before placing the skull plate on his face. Similar to 745, 744's lower jaw begins to become exposed as he grows to the height of both A1 and 745. 744 pulls A1's skull plate off his head, revealing his bare skull. 744 holds A1's skull plate back to it and A1 returns its skull plate to its head.
All three subjects remain stationary around each other and all verbal communication ceases until the end of the observation.

744 and 745 have not since been observed speaking. They may be incapable of such, or are voluntarily mute, similar to A1.
745 is now referred to as B-032-A1-A1. B-032 refers to B-032-A1-A1 as "Bloodmaw."
744 is now referred to as B-032-A-A2. B-032 refers to B-032-A1-A2 as "Dominator."
