This was more of a concept of character, and a learning experience.
I haven't fully fleshed out his character but to explain the design; hes stuck between braixen and delphox, lost his shiny colors, and lost his powers, due too genetic modification early in life. Then he was inured bad and turned to technology to defend himself.
I'm not too happy with how it turned out visually however I learned so much drawing it that I don't regret it one bit
