
I really love both the regular and shiny versions of Rayquaza and... yeah, cape
Just a couple of alts with matching capes! Rayquaza suits a collared cape! Long body/neck works well :3
Also, the extra little bits of damage and shredded cloth coming off the capes is just happenstance from her flying, not intentional~

Wouldn't the pattern of the damage be somewhat different if it arose as the result of the capes being torn to shreds in supersonic winds?
I've seen many examples of what happens when flags or loose sails are exposed to constant hurricane-force winds and they follow specific modes of damage
