I got sick on the night of my birthday, I have a stretch, the delivery of donuts does not work, the cake was not delivered, the mood is almost zero

I'm 25 y.o. now, the day is coming to an end.
I've a lot of plans, but there is no sense from them if it's all about communication and just being nice and responsive.
I hope that in the end all my efforts be worth it and I'll be closer to people again.
