So there was a meme out there that suggested with a hypothetical Pokemon evolution, rather than making it look cool or impressive, just make it the goofiest thing alive. I dunno that I succeeded in that too well, but I liked how it turned out anyways. And it's still kinda dumb.

This is Rubeon, an evolution of Eevee based on the Rock type. Much of its body is encased in tough stone and ruby crystal; only its head and paws seem to be mobile. In fact, this seems to be its biggest flaw -- this critter can't move. Its own body is too light to make the surrounding rock budge at all. If you're expecting Rubeon to perform Rollout, it'll require a steep hill and a good push. And even then it won't be able to steer or stop itself. It is a slave to gravity and momentum. And sure, it means this little guy has insane endurance. But it still has weak points in its face and paws, and since it can't really do anything to guard them it means it's always left vulnerable.

It seems despite all this Rubeon's still happy to be with its Trainer, wanting to help however it can. (it can't.) Naturally this little guy would need a lot of assistance from its Trainer in basic things like getting food and water, and walks are definitely out of the question...yet despite its seemingly unfortunate fate in evolution, it's still happy to be living life.

I've essentially made the Pokemon equivalent of Li'l Brudder.
