It's a great story and the setting opts for lots of nuances ( like if memories are kept then how, at what age? are they born already as adults ( in terms of mind) ... and more importantly at some point, everyone would each other kinda If newborns are reincarnations than none is a new person??.)

is that “Sorry little guy, but I can't make an expedition for you." a form of speech or it should have been 'exceptions'
and I kinda did not get much that sentence in particular Mind you it doesn't spell the greatest, but I personally find them comfortable from the few times I've been in one.

Hi, when it comes to reincarnation, you should ask FanOfFurryVore about that. They are the one who created the setting. Thank you for catching those two mistakes. I meant to write exception in stead of expedition. I also meant to write smell instead of spell.

As Vulpini18 says, The Snack Bar setting is mine. Characters in this world keep memories from across all their lives. If reincarnated, they're reincarnated as adults physically and mentally. The only non-adult animals are babies created by two adults having sex to reproduce, which is rare.
The world is huge, so you wouldn't necessarily know everyone even if you've lived many lives. This is especially true in the feral side of the world, which this is set in.
When people die and get reincarnated, they're more likely to become a prey species than a pred, which means there's enough for everyone to eat.
