Purchasing:
• All prices and offers should be in USD, and will be paid by PayPal.
• Holds can be made for 48 hours. (Longer amounts only if you've purchased from me before.)
• If payment isn't sent within the time limit agreed, then the adopt will go back up for sale.
• I can refuse a sale if I feel uncomfortable for any reason.
Editing:
• Editing to any extent, including editing my art, is fine.
• I'd prefer you to keep an original version of the adopt with it, but it's not necessary.
Ownership:
• Once purchased, the new owner has full rights over the design. Including commercial use.
• Don't claim to be the creator of the design. Though you can put yourself as a designer if you made edits.
• Please don't remove my signatures or credit.
• I will never revoke a design for any reason. Once they leave me, they aren't my business anymore. (The one exception being if a chargeback is filed, then I will file a ticket with TH to take the design down.)
Reselling/Trading/Gifting:
• Trading, vouchers, gifting, and co-owning are all fine.
• Any design can be sold for any price, regardless of how they were obtained.
Blacklist:
Please don't sell to anyone listed below.
