no wonder it sucks, this song is good, but others... the most recent album I can not stand because of the drumming, and mind you I am a drummer myself but I have branched out into other instruments. either the speed of everything, but mostly the bass drum, is too fast, too slow or non-existent.

For one I am having a hard time understanding your sentences - sorry. What did you not like about the other instruments? I would like to hear some criticism if it's helpful. Saying something "sucks" is hardly helpful, but I appreciate your feedback!
If the bass drum is too fast for your liking then I'm sorry you do not enjoy high octane hardcore metal. I don't understand what you mean by non-existent though. Please elaborate.

the drumming is the only part in your other works that is bad, to me your guitars are on par with Metallica or Iron Maiden, but the drummer, or the person who is inputing the sequences in the computer for the digital drums, has no sense of tempo, or beat. many time the bass line is too fast, other times it is too slow, and still other times it is not there when it should be there. mind you I am a drummer with 7 years experience and an ear for the tempo. when I saw the drumming is too fast I mean the tempo of the drums is not the same as it is for the guitars and thus breaks the resonance, at least for me. when I say the drumming is non-existant I mean there are parts when you should has either a quiet solo to undertone the guitar part or to have an opening beat.

mind you these problems are only when you do the original work. for every cover the drumming is either great or decent, case in point is Pokerface. the drumming in it is perfect, I hear no flaws in that song by anyone, a perfect rock cover as if Lady Gaga did it herself.

metallica is mainly blues and hard rock, I am thinking power metal or thrash.
