In order to feel really sad I once had to feel really happy!!! You can't be at your lowest if you were at your highest
and you only ever lose when you give up, so, recommit, recommit as many times as you need for your well being, for your dreams, for your spiritual health! your promisses or your believes! the joy I will experience will never outweigh the pain I would feel temporarily !!!
