Lathol has a quiet life of sorts, living in New Capenna’s back streets and keeping families off him using his underground information network using both his Obscura and Brokers connections, ultimately wishing for the little guy to stand on his own. Despite this however, he has accumulated his own state of wealth and status. You want to meet with someone big or get dirt on a public figure, Lathol will definitely see what he can do for you. Just remember… nothing in this city is free.
