It has some minor changes to it, therefore "modified"
The biggest visible changes is the rear armor extension to the engines and armored hangar doors.
It has also different control towers, because this one is is specifically for controlling droids/drones only.
Other than that is has some additional weapon systems located all around the ship.
It's not that much of a change, but I would say it is enough of a change to call it modified.
