Tir'nal is a shaman who paints his wings accordingly to rituals performed at the time. The red-blue-green combination would be most commonly seen on him, together with golden accessories, red gems, and small bones. The loincloth is optional though. I'm still looking for a way to simplify the feathers that I'd like with the hard line. I do love to peck on details like this though - even if it's a little maddening - so I consider it worth my time :3c Always up for a commission with a feather wing spread on it.
